| description | Generally, this project aims to perform a preliminary investigation into factors that is motivating graduates to choose Post Graduate Teaching Course. This study was carried at Maktab Perguruan Tun Abdul Razak, Kota Samarahan and the respondents are among the students ofPost Graduates Teaching COllrse 2003 sessions. Four factors has been found to be related to the study and the factors are unemployed graduates, pay systems, job satisfaction and social needs. All the four factors are an independent variables for the study. Questionnaires have been used to obtain related feed back from the respondents and collecting data whereas to analize the data, Pearson Correlation Analysis are used. The result found after analysing the data are four ofsix items from the hypothesis was Significant. The four items are social, job satisfaction, compensation and benefit, and salaries factor. After all, the most significantfactor was socialfactor (r = .675, p < 0.05) as motivating graduates to choose the Post Graduate Teaching Course. |
