rpm. It was found that these conditions were the optimum for both strains to grow and to produce LA. It was demonstrated that E. faecalis produce higher LA concentration when
compared with E. faecium in the same operating conditions. Therefore, E. faecalis has more attractiveness for a possible scaling up for industrial application. |
