Five days ofcollection for each plot were done. A total of136 individuals, which consist 16 ofspecies, were captured in the three plots. The family ofRanidae (63% ofindividuals) were dominant, followed by Bufonidae (36%) and Rhacophoridae (1%). The dominant species in the area is Rana erythraea (31 individuals), followed by Bufo asper (22 individuals) and Bufo melanostictus (21 individuals). Diversity index offrogs in limestone area (H= 0.99782). In this study, there were no new or endemic speciesfound in the area. |
