Summary:Generally, the purpose ofthis research is to identify the perception ofcareer women's in the Labour Department in West States Peninsular Malaysia ( Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Perak. Pulau Pinang, Kedah and Perlis) towards their potential as a main human resource in tire foture. The purpose of this research is to identify career women's perception towards the leadership factor, career development factor, family factor and discrimination factor in the organization based on chosen demographic factors (such as age, marital status, length of services, and academic). Simple random sampling is used to collect data, which were distributed to the 60 respondents. Questionnaires are used for data collection. Descriptive and inferential statistics are used for analysis. Statistical Package For Social Scienc (SPSSPC+JO.OI) Software have been used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistic is used to analyze the background of the respondent (skor total, percentage, frequencies, min, and standard deviation). Independent T-test and One-way ANOVA has also been used to analyze the data. Indepandent T-test is used to analyze the significant differences between respondent perception towards their potential and marital status. The result of using One-way ANOVA shows that there are no significant differences between respondent perception towards the leadership aspect, career development aspect, family aspect, and discrimination aspect with the chosen demographic factors (age, marital status, length ofservice and academic).
