description Generally, Ihe main objective of this research is to identify the students' perception towards effectiveness ofonline learning in Unimas and its relationship with motivation, altitude and technology facilities. The effectiveness ofonline learning aspect is measured through the academic achievement, satisfaction and enough information. The data is collected from 70 respondents and is analyzed using SPSS for Windows J1.0, using the Pearson Correlation method. The finding showed that the level of the effectiveness in online learning was moderately high: 57. J % (40) respondents with scores between 44 and 68. The findings ofthis research also showed that three is a significant relationship between motivation ('r'= 0.368, p= 0.002), altitude ('r' = 0.606, p = 0.000) and technology facilities ('r' = 0.573, p = 0.000) with the effectiveness ofonline learning. It is proved that, ifmotivation and students' attitude towards online learning is increased and become more positive, the effectiveness of online learning will be increased. Furthermore, if the technological facilities supporting online learning provided to students are upgraded, thus making it more effective, the effectiveness level ofthe learning method will also increase. In conc/usion, in development of online learning method aspects such as motivation. altitude and technology facilities should be stressed in achieving effectiveness of online learning.
