In order for Malaysia to achieve Vision 2020 as develop nation, many organizations face tremendous changes in the context of globalisation, new technology, workforce diversification and work processes that contribute to work conflicts. Conflicts create many negative consequences that lead to workplace bullying. Therefore the main purpose of this study is to identify the perception of workplace bullying in the context of public sector in Malaysia.
