Description
Summary:Website plays an important role in presenting and disseminating information around the world. However, many websites do not follow any specific guidelines to ensure its accessibility to wider audience, particularly those with disabilities. This project gathers information on the assistive learning technology for people with dyslexia and followed by designing a website. This website was designed based on guidelines proposed by British Dyslexia Association (BOA) and the acceptance of normal people towards this website was examined. The acceptance evaluation involved 50 respondents and the results show that normal people feel comfortable with the website which was designed based on guidelines for people with dyslexia. This implies the relevance of these guidelines for both groups ofwebsite users
