| Summary: | PEKAN, 8 October 2025 - A total of 25 lecturers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) were listed among the world’s top 2% scientists under the Single Year Achievement category, with 15 of them also listed under the Career-Long Achievement category.
For the Single Year Achievement list, UMPSA ranks among the top ten universities in Malaysia, with 25 lecturers making up the highest number of top 2% scientists.
This recognition refers to data released by Elsevier BV and Stanford University, based in the United States of America.
UMPSA Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Yatimah Alias, said that this recognition is based on the Scopus database and covers comprehensive evaluation aspects.
