| Summary: | KUALA LUMPUR, 18 September 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) reached out to new students in need as an initiative and to facilitate their registration process on 27 September.
The visit by UMPSA Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Yatimah Alias, who reached out to the family of Mohamad Afiq Mohd Azmi, inspired him to register at UMPSA next week.
Mohamad Afiq Mohd Azmi recently received an offer for the Bachelor of Technology in Oil and Gas Facilities Maintenance with Honours programme at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology (FTKKP).
According to his mother, Maslinda Musa, 53, this graduate of Kolej Vokasional (KV) Setapak had always intended to study at UMPSA every time he passed by UMPSA Gambang Campus.
In fact, he also had the opportunity to visit the university during one of KV’s visits to UMPSA.
