| Summary: | SERDANG, 13 September 2025 - A total of 118 UMPSA ROTU Second Lieutenants were commissioned during the 43rd Commissioning Ceremony Parade of the Army, Navy, and Air Force Reserve Officers Training Unit (ROTU) Year 2025, which took place at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Serdang.
They consisted of 32 Army ROTU, 32 Navy ROTU, and 54 Air Force ROTU, and were part of 1,972 Reserve Officers Training Unit (ROTU) cadet officers from 20 public universities (UA) nationwide who were commissioned at the 43rd Royal Commissioning Ceremony of the Reserve Officers Training Unit (ROTU) Public Universities today.
The ceremony also witnessed recognition given to the best cadet officers by category, namely the Best Army ROTU Cadet Officer awarded to Wan Muhammad Hilmi Wan Ismail, the Best Navy ROTU Cadet Officer awarded to Mohamad Azrol Aziman Azizon, and the Best Air Force ROTU Cadet Officer awarded to Muhammad Aqid Danish Nor Rizani.
