Summary:PUTRAJAYA, 3 September 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is the first public university (UA) in Malaysia to subscribe to ‘SciVal’, a Scopus data-based analytical tool, as a facility for the university’s lecturers and students to enhance reach that brings impact to the university’s research ecosystem at the international level. This success is the result of collaboration between UMPSA and Elsevier, a renowned academic publisher that provides access to various scholarly journals in diverse fields, which will benefit lecturers and students in accessing all journals, guidebooks, videos, and other resources. The ceremony witnessed the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Professor Ts. Dr. Aida Mustapha, exchanging a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Regional Vice-President Research Intelligence & Engineering, Asia Pacific, Jessica Low, and witnessed by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Datuk Ts. Mustapha Sakmud.
