| Summary: | KUALA LUMPUR, 6 August 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) officially opened the 8th International Conference on Mechanical Engineering Research (ICMER 2025) at The Pearl Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, from 6 to 7 August 2025.
The event, organised by the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA) in collaboration with the University of Mindanao, the Philippines, and Universitas Hasanuddin, Indonesia, gathers leading academics, industry experts, and postgraduate researchers from Malaysia and abroad to exchange ideas and share cutting-edge developments in the field of mechanical engineering.
The opening speech, delivered by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Professor Ts. Dr. Aida Mustapha, on behalf of the UMPSA Vice-Chancellor, extended a warm welcome to all delegates.
