| Summary: | PEKAN, 19 July 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) marked a historic milestone by recording its highest number of new diploma student registrations, with a total of 891 students enrolling simultaneously at both the Pekan and Gambang campuses for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Of the total, 449 students registered at the Pekan campus, while 434 students registered at the Gambang campus.
These students are enrolled in one of eight diploma programmes offered by the university. The programmes include the Diploma in Chemical Engineering (DRK), Diploma in Computer Science (DRC), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DRM), Diploma in Civil Engineering (DRA), Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technology (DRP), Diploma in Industrial Science (DRS), Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DRE), and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (DRO).
