Thus, adding metalloids, simple metals, transition metals, and rare earth elements can enhance glass-forming ability with greater maximum thickness, especially in Fe-based BMG alloys. The feasibility of the rapid casting techniques was discussed, along with the examples of BMG alloys produced. |
