In this work, anthocyanin dye extracted from roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) has been used as colourant in poly(vinyl alcohol) coating. Various additives were individually introduced into the aqueous anthocyanin. Coating was formulated by mixing the aqueous anthocyanin containing additive with PVA....
