Melanogenesis inhibition by palm tocotrienol rich fraction in cellular ageing
Melanin is the pigment that determines skin color. Melanin synthesis is catalysed by the enzyme tyrosinase and is controlled by TYR, TYRP1 and TYRP2 genes.
