Summary:Workplace incivility happened because it was influenced by employees who have high neurotic behavior. So this research is to study the relationship between neuroticism and workplace incivility at Lembaga Zakat Negeri Kedah. The independent variable of this study is neuroticism and the dependent variable is workplace incivility. Human resource manager was been asked to help me distributing the questionnaires to all employees within the organization. 150 participants were given a questionnaire and a cover letter in front of the questionnaire. All answered questionnaires were returned directly to me and out of 150 questionnaires, I managed to collect 113 questionnaires from participants nested in 21 different teams. Last but not least, the result was measured using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result shows that neuroticism has positive relationship with workplace incivility.
