Due to this fact, there is a large number of adopted children in throughout the world. Regardless of whether or not, the rights of these adopted children have been left behind. People keep asking and questioning about the right to adopt them. However, they forget about the right after the adoption is granted by the court. As a consequence, the adopted children face a lot of problems. Their rights are being deprived as there is no awareness by the society. Therefore this research will focus on the adopted children's right to inherit property from their adopted parents and to determine the right of custody of the adopted children. |
