Methodology: The research focused on the employee of MARA Japan Industrial Institute Beranang. 50 questionnaires were distributed towards the employees Findings: the researcher had distributed the questionnaires to the 50 respondents among the employees in MARA Japan Industrial Institute Beranang. The questionnaires ware used to obtained or collect data from the respondents.
