Summary:Every organization around the world has its own management culture that fits with the company’s environment and their employees. Different types of management culture will give different impact to the organization performance. Due to this issue, the organization needs to identify which types of management culture that most suitable to improve their company performance especially on manufacturing companies where manufacturing become important role in the economy of every nation around the world today. The purpose of this research is to examine what are the Japanese Manufacturing Techniques that contribute to the Automotive Industries Sdn Bhd (AISB) performance. The strongest techniques which being use in the company are continuous improvement, just-in-time, quality circle and zero defects. At the end of this study, the researcher provides several recommendations in order to increase the performance to the company and give positive impacts towards the organization.
