description Work stress has becomes a common problem that faced by employees in many organizations regardless any industry that they involves today. In this study, the researcher chooses to assess of organizational factor as stressor in determining work life balance among PETRONITA members at PETRONAS. Workload, role conflict and interpersonal relationship at work are the factors that the researcher emphasized in this study. The researches need to find out what are the relationships these factors with stress as well as affecting work life balance of PETRONITA members. Thus, this study has conducted in PETRONAS with 80 of respondents as a sample and the technique that will be used is convenient sampling technique in order to get relevant and significant data. This report consists of 5 main chapters. First chapter explained the background of study on general idea or views regarding of this research as well as problem statement that arise in the company. Second chapter explained on the literature review on related journals which lead to the construction of theoretical framework. The third chapter explained on the research methodology. Next, the fourth chapter explained on the finding and data analysis to draw on the conclusion. Last but not least, the fifth chapter focused on the overall conclusion and recommendations.
