| Summary: | In recent years many business organisations have experienced liquidity problems. Therefore, it has become more important to get money promptly from trade debtors, but in most cases this has proven to be a difficult thing to do, especially where debtors have little difficulty in obtaining substantial periods of credit. In these circumstances, this paper has been produced in order to study the credit management system implemented in Gillette (M) Sdn. Bhd. . This paper will cover the result of investigation of the credit management system implemented in the company, the problems faced by the company and recommendation actions to overcome the problems. To conclude, hopefully this paper may give a brief idea what is credit management system all about.
