Such illnesses or diseases are orten regarded as mental diseasea or mental illnesses. An important area neaded to be ventured into in attempting to establish any causal connections and relationships between mental illness and criminality. Such causal ractors can be grouped into three major parts viz psychiatrical considerations, biological considerations and social enviromental consideratins. Under this chapter, emphasis will be laid on the psychitrical observation as to the dirrerences of mental disturbances in which the magistrates, judges and the Panel juries would have to be acknowledged. |
