description As a country that is growing vastly in development, numbers of infrastructural projects are in process for completion such as, roadways, airports and also new townships. These encourage a big change in industrial and commercial sectors and also the factor of growth in urban population. Thus, the population growth had opened an opportunity for demand of more residential facilities. The development of low cost housing is a step taken by the government in order to provide the medium and low income families a comfortable home to live. Through this action; the government also can reduce and relocate the squatters to a new house, which usually is in a low cost residential area. It is also a requirement now days that any major residential or township development to provide residential area for low cost housing.
