| description | This study of “Factors Affecting Housing Price: A Case Study of Housing Price will concentrate on studying the relationship between Housing Price in Malaysia and some selected variables which comprises of inflation rate, Base Lending Rate and Economy growth (GDP). This study examines if there exists any significant relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables.
The first chapter of this study contains Introduction, overview real estate market of the study, problem statement, and purpose of the study, problem and limitation of the study, scope of the study and significant of the study. In chapter two, the topic discussed in this chapter is about literature review of the study. This chapter will concentrate on previous authors’ opinion about this study. There are authors from several books and journals were selected in order to get a clear view of this study. The third part if this study is about the research methodology that had been used in obtaining the result for this research. It includes briefly explanation of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables in the theoretical framework and also the software used for this study. The next part is the finding of this study. This part explains the actual relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables from the processed result. The last chapter of this study is discussing the conclusion and recommendations. The recommendations were based from the findings for the sake of educational purposes. |
