description The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of intrinsic rewards on the employee job satisfaction, by considering the case of 3-star Hotels in Johor Bahru. This research is a quantitative research which had used the self-administered electronic questionnaire as the instrument for the collection of data. The data was collected and achieved a percentage of 71.05% out of the possible 152 respondents which was derived from the total population of 250 employee who work in the selected 3-star hotel in Johor Bahru. The data collected was then evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 20 Software. The result of this results indicates that all variables (promotion, working environment and fringe benefits) has positive and significant relationship with employee job satisfaction.
