| description | The project is about Proposed Interior Design of Tekat Gallery at Lot Pt 4116 & 4117, Persiaran Sultan Yusuff Izzudin Shah, 32200 Lumut Perak for Perbadanan Kemajuan Kraftangan Malaysia Perak branch. The project aims to create a systematic flow in the space and new space planning at the new place for staff, visitor and trainer use that space. The objective of this project is to create welcoming area to attract people feels comfort use the space in the building. Chapter one begins with the introduction of the project, which provides the significance of the study, general issue, design issue, design problems, limitations, research methodology, interview and observation studies related to the project. Chapter two concentrates on client’s background organization chart, vision and mission and corporate image. Chapter three describes the research and analysis about the site and the building of the proposed site. It is about the site study background, site location, surrounding (access, transport, landmarks and facilities), climate study (sun orientation, topography and qiblat) site potential (SWOT analysis) building background, building layout, building elevation and building inventory (wall, column, window and door) chapter four is about the case study, local and precedent study which means in overseas. The different style and elements use in design the gallery. The study about the design of the gallery, space requirement and the way to display the product. Chapter five is about the project that has been done. It begins with introduction, client’s requirements, design requirements, scope of works and exterior works. The last topic is about the design proposal. In this chapter will introduce the reader about the concept use in the design, styles and images related with the concept, space requirements of ideas start with space inventory, matrix chart, bubble diagram, space planning, zoning and final plan. |
