description The purpose of this study was to investigate principal's leadership in the implementation of School-Based Assessment (SBA) in the secondary schools in Klang district. Overall, the respondents of this study claimed that their level of satisfaction towards their principals' leadership in the implementation of SBA was only at fair level. The result indicated there was a significant difference in the respondents' perceptions towards principals' level of knowledge in SBA based on ethnicity and working experience. In the aspects of supports teachers received from principals during the implementation of SBA, there was a significant difference based on respondents' age.
