The objective of this study is to identify contextually of common building defects occur in renovated house, to identify causes of defects occur in renovated houses and to suggest how to handle the problem of building defects. This study involves a literature review on journals, books and so on. Method of this study is also made through interviews and questionnaires distributes to residents who have made a home renovation FELCRA area. The data collected has been analyzed for each question. In conclusion, the most important factor to consider is the design factor of the house, the house refurbished, and finance. To ensure that the house is in good condition after the adjustments were made, the people must take careful planning from start to finish for the home renovation |
