description Over the years, the number of vehicles is increasing all over the world therefore this leads to the increased of the production of used engine oil. Approximately 1.35 billion gallons of used oil are generated yearly. At the same time, 120 million tones of rice husk is being produced annually. These materials can cause damage to our environment if no proper disposed is implemented. The main purpose of this experiment is to determine the optimum percentage of used engine oil that can be utilized in MIRHA concrete as compared to superplasticizer. The performance of concrete mixes was determined by slump value, air content and compressive strength test and the test results showed that MIRHA concrete containing used engine oil can perform better than MIRHA control mix.
