Mechanical and optical properties of CaCO3 lumen-loaded paper: effect of polyethylenimine and alum

Precipitated calcium carbonate fillers were loaded into the lumen of bleached mixed tropical hardwood pulp using polyethylenimine (PEI) and alum.
