Isolation and characterization of a surfactant-stable protease from halophilic bacteria Chromohalobacter Japonicus BK-AB18

The protease from Chromohalobacter japonicus BK-AB18 was produced by growing bacteria in a LB medium containing 5% casein and 5% NaCl.
