Dalam kajian ini, filem kanji/minyak kayu manis telah dihasilkan menggunakan kaedah pengacauan larutan dengan kandungan minyak kayu manis (MKM) berbeza untuk mengkaji kesan MKM terhadap sifat antimikrob filem kanji.
