| description | In today’s ever changing business landscape, being agile and agile methods have gained popularity with many organizations taking the plunge and transforming themselves to be agile while there are also a growing number of organizations which started as agile organizations from inception. Whether an organization has been successful in implementing agile or, if agile terminology is being used as a means to speed up projects, spreading team members thinly across multiple projects with aggressive timelines is worth investigating.
In this study, team members from an organization that claims to be agile will be interviewed. The results of these interviews will then be compared to published literature on agile in order to validate the benefits and/or drawbacks of an agile organisation. Learnings from this will then be used to conclude if agile is indeed the answer for organizations looking to maintain their competitiveness, what it takes to be truly agile and things to consider when running an agile organisation. |
