| Summary: | Every working woman, especially married woman has the problem of balancing work and family while trying to achieve a work-life balance. Work-Life Balance has been found to significantly contribute to organizational performance because it can increase employee productivity that will be beneficial for the organization. This study aims to determine the key factors that affect married women's work-life balance in the headquarters Ministry of ATR/BPN, to examine what are the married women employees' expectations to maintain a healthy work-life balance, and to explore how the headquarters Ministry of ATR/BPN supports married women employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The researcher use qualitative method and conducting interview to get deeper understanding. Ten married women working women in the Headquarters Ministry of ATR/BPN were selected using purposive sampling. The research included married women of age between 25 and 50 years, who already married for at least 3 years, worked for 3 year and having dependants/ children. The result proven that all the key factors affect work life balance is characteristics of the family, characteristics of the workload, time balance, participation balance and satisfaction balance. Married women's expectations are also proven true that they expect to have flexible working hours and flexible work arrangements. It is also evident that various kinds of organizational support that have been carried out by the headquarters ministry of ATR/BPN are very helpful for married women to achieve a healthy work life balance.
