On the other hand, research shows that banking employees are facing great pressure, but there are few studies on work family conflict of professional women in China's banking industry. Therefore, this study takes professional women in China's banking industry as the research object and collects data in the form of interviews, trying to find out what kind of work family conflict the respondents face, what factors affect the conflict, and how they solve the conflict. It is found that time-based conflict and strain-based conflict are the main conflicts faced by Chinese women working in banks. In addition, their marital status, children's situation, working city, workload and work flexibility all affect work family conflict. As for how to deal with conflicts, the study found that all the respondents would choose to ask others for help, while some strategies formulated by banks to solve conflicts vary from person to person. |
