But there are very few studies done on India about the issues while working with a colleague from a different nationality. This research has been conducted using qualitative research approach. Five interviews were conducted of the people working in multinational corporation in India. It was found that there were several challenges like language barriers, misunderstandings, effect on performance and further emotional challenges. |
