Electrical properties of sulfonated polyaniline (Span) and polyaniline (Pani) polymers grown on conventional and high index GaAs substrates
The electrical properties of sulfonated polyaniline (SPAN) and polyaniline (PANI) grown on both conventional (100) and high Miller index GaAs surfaces are investigated.
