Tissue culture and phytochemical studies of Podophyllum, Diphylleia and Passiflora species
Lignans are the most important secondary metabolites known in Podophyllum hexandrum and Diphylleia cymosa. Tissue cultures studies were carried out in order to preserve and increase these germplasms.
