First, it will examine some of the most important strategic management theories and how they might apply to 50cycles. The next part will introduce the Lean Startup plan and identify how it can be used in the 50cycles business plan.
The same process will be followed with Blue Ocean Strategy. Finally, the end of the paper will gather all applicable management theories and strategies together into a harmonious whole.
After the research document there is a Business plan which I have used in a real world business setting to both raise funding and secure new suppliers. Both of which were successfully achieved. |
