The number one item that Aventura will adhere to is that the client will have full respect and their needs shall fully be met. The 2 ways that Aventura will make sure they are competitive in the market, is always maintaining their competitive advantage through unique and up to date technical solutions and making sure the client understands that only together can the task at hand be accomplished with passion and trust. In the current market, outsourcing and offshoring is the key terminology in the field of operations, across all industries and sectors. Being able to manage project’s across Depending on Aventura’s client, Aventura will offer multiple fee rates to include the most used type; the daily rate is at £430 per day, which makes them competitive in the market, as the average is £503 per day. Another used number would be their hourly rate, which is set at £35.83/hour. Other fees will vary with Aventura, as to take into account per location, or project expenses. After getting a £50,000 Naval Federal Credit Union loan, the company’s net profit will dip accordingly so, after the first year, but will rise in accordance to future clients and employees meeting their targeted sales figures. Aventura is in an excellent position to be able to meet future demands of the continuing offshoring/outsourcing of client’s needs. Aventura’s present market has its up and downs, as any market, but the strength of the United Kingdom’s economy are a great opportunity for Aventura to take advantage of.
