The hypotheses structures are whether Malaysian are aware of the existence and the products offered by Islamic banks, followed by does religion plays a role in their decision to invest in Islamic financial products. Thirdly, will Muslims knowledge in Islamic finance is better than non-Muslims. Lastly, this study will also determine whether Islamic banking will be the optional choice compare to conventional banking. The study found out that Malaysian do aware of the existence and products offered by Islamic banks and religion do not play a role in the decision to invest in Islamic finance products. On the third hypothesis, this study found out that Muslims knowledge is not better than their non-Muslims counterpart. Finally, many Malaysians will still choose conventional banks instead of Islamic banks. |
