I will try to come up with a set of recommendations to entrepreneurs who want to develop a customer oriented service, based on theories drawn from service development literature. The product and service mix development is a difficult task, and I hope that my research will provide a theoretical background to those interested in this subject. Entrepreneurs will have a gap analysis between a desired “ideal” flower shop and the existing premium flower retailer. The analysis will come with a set of recommendations to management who want to improve the service of existing flower shop in Kazakhstani premium market.
