One aspect that there is no much research is issues faced Indian multinationals in foreign market. Thus issues such as cultural barriers, supply chain integration and use of information technology has become imperative and serious issues in many organizations. All the identified issues play a vital role in the development and success of an organization especially in the foreign market. This dissertation focuses on this vital factor. This study aims to comprehend the development of Indian Multinational companies in foreign market with special focus issues like supply chain integration, cultural issues and use of information technology in business communication. Tata group is the biggest private company in India. Tata started its business operations by collaborating with foreign partners, which is the foremost company in buying of foreign trades. Tata Refractories limited, a subsidiary of Tata group have entered into foreign market. TRL has faced several issues during the internationalization of the company such as cultural barriers etc. This dissertation highlights issues of culture, information technology and supply chain integration, which played a significant role of development of multinational, companies in foreign market with reference to Tata and TRL companies.
