It is the extension of traditional integration efforts from individual companies to extended enterprises and has been considered as necessity for future success. Drivers and benefits of supply chain collaboration have been claimed to clarify the why question. The study examines the factors influence the success of collaboration both positively and negatively as a potential reference for its future development.
