Behaviour in trust games with a sender and reciprocator stage, along with its link to religiosity has been subject to increasing attention. This study aims to deviate from the prior literature available on the subject by exploring these scenarios on a different subject pool. This is done primarily to observe if the experiments in an industrial setting conform to the present framework available on the subject matter. A factory in Pakistan was used to gather data where experiments were conducted on 400 participants, with four games and a variety of treatments. The analysis of interlinks between the games/treatments shows conformity to prior literature, thereby declaring that the previously developed framework for the games is applicable to an industrial setting. However the analysis of RELIGIOSITY to SENDING in games surprisingly showed no observed significant correlation and therefore means that further research into the area is necessary. |
