The surveys and responses conducted for the purpose of research have been analysed and this result shows that this sector has the potential to grow faster. Different sectors of the market have been examined such as the significance of Indian real estate investment to domestic as well as foreign investors, the contribution of this sector to an individuals net worth, scope of the industry, future of the industry and the risks associated with it in order to get a deeper insight of the market. These factors have also helped to determine the factors to be considered before investment. Therefore the study aims at proving whether real estate investment in India is a positive decision or not. |
