Finally, the group also had to look at the viability of a hotel or a serviced apartment in Nottingham.
In order to carry out the research on these topics, the group prepared two questionnaires, one focusing on the management service and another focusing on the effects of affordable housing scheme. The group referred to various databases and contacted experts in the market to carry out research on serviced apartments and hotels. The group has concluded by giving its findings and recommendations for Southreef Properties Ltd.
