This will be detrimental to the organisation in the long run as the employees have no idea of the areas they are lacking in and if their performance can be deemed good in the eyes of the management. This may result in low staff morale and high turnover rates.
This project seeks to implement a suitable performance management system, concentrating primarily on the appraisal process first in order to aid the organisation manage its employees efficiently to perform well. |
