Propose Task transfers in Principal from Site finance to other functions, Central teams and Self Directed Teams (SDTs). Identify the challenges, which would arise from reducing the numbers of Operations site finance staff, during task transfer and greater empowerment of shop floor staff through SDTs and propose measures to address the challenges identified above.
